    Globe ano ba itong pinapabili nyong sim bago sakin para gamitin sa globe plan ko? Wala akong pending balance tapos kinabit nila sa celfon ko sabay sabi ok na yan maam magamit mo na after 24 hours bakit hindi pa ako makatawag? Need ko bang loadan ito? Please pakiexplain po ninyo sakin now?

    Gud pm .sabi ng globe i had to fee my previous billl to unable to cut my globe internet when i got there they transfrred me to abrezza mall Then they told me again i had to fee 5000+ they give me a bill that i never used my globed coz im planning to cut it

    same issue with me. they refused my payment since it was beyind 6pm, the casier was closed. and recently, i paid 3,295 pesos, but thr payme.t reflected in my recreipt was 2,396 pesos.. poor costumer service. gosh!

    I have a bad experience with ther staff. Bad customer support its 8pm to pay my bills and they refuse to cater my transaction because their cashier is closed. I have my 4026 priority number with me "customer service" the customer service refuse to assist me to pay to the cashier because its already closed. They said. Very poor customer service.
