I paid this dentist 15,000 for a deposit on dentures. The dentures were not finished. The bottom was to big and the top had rough edges and felt like sandpaper. The dentist wanted full payment, but I refused to pay in full until the dentures were finish. I went to Dr. Merry Joy Diolata-Estocada for a second opinion. She told me many things wrong with the work Dr Rhoda did, especially that she told me I needed a mercury filling removed. Mercury is a very toxic substance and should be removed with the whole tooth and not drilled out, as Dr. Rhoda had suggested. I've been in contact with the PRC and I'm waiting a reply. Also Dr. Merry Joy told me there is nothing wrong with the mercury filling or the tooth and does not need any work. I want to know if there is a board of dentistry in the Philippines to report this dentist. I have posted all the details on my blog ourasiaexperienceblog.wordpress.com if you want to read it.
